Florida sees rapid rise in COVID-19 cases as NBA prepares to arrive

The NBA and National Basketball Players Association believe they have done what's necessary for the health and safety of the 22 teams and others that will be part of the season restart near Orlando next month. But the number of coronavirus cases in Florida is on the rise.
