From Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame in Calgary, the 2020 Lieutenant Governor Athletic Awards recognize the top female and male student-athletes from Canada’s four university sport conferences. But only two will walk away with the Lois and Doug Mitchell Trophies as the U SPORTS Athletes of the Year and qualify for a $10,000 scholarship for graduate studies in an approved program at a Canadian University.
