'The noose was real': NASCAR releases photo of rope found in Bubba Wallace's garage

NASCAR officials on Thursday released an image of the rope fashioned like a noose found in the garage stall of Black driver Bubba Wallace. A subsequent federal investigation determined it had been there since last October.
