Black NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace angry at perceived tests of his character

NASCAR is defending its reaction to the discovery of a rope that resembled a noose in the garage stall of Bubba Wallace and insists it would call the FBI again. Wallace, who is Black, says there is no confusion and the rope had been fashioned into a noose.
