Canadian captain Dillon Dube couldn't believe what he was hearing. Swiss head coach Christian Wohlwend was virtually raising the white flag of surrender, saying Switzerland expects to be dominated by Canada in Tuesday's quarterfinal at the world junior hockey championship.
