Jones, Nichols open mixed doubles Olympic curling trials with convincing win

Jennifer Jones and Mark Nichols opened their Canadian mixed doubles curling trials with a convincing 9-3 win over Shannon Birchard and Jason Gunnlaugson. The winners of the mixed doubles event in Portage La Prairie, Man., will represent Canada at the Olympics in February.
