Everything you should know ahead of the ever-changing CEBL's 3rd season

The CEBL's third season tips off Thursday, with the Ottawa BlackJacks visiting the Niagara River Lions. Of 114 players in training camps, just 20 have been with the league from the start. Another 31 are entering their second season. That means 63 new players will step on Canadian courts this summer.
