Taylor Ruck has all the makings of Canada's next superstar swimmer

In 2016, Penny Oleksiak came out of nowhere to win four medals at the Olympics. In 2017, Kylie Masse broke the women’s 100-metre backstroke world record. In 2018, Taylor Ruck tied an all-time world record with eight medals at the Commonwealth Games. It’s 2019. Who’s next? It could still be Ruck.
