Vancouver to host World Rugby 7s for 8th time in slimmed-down competition

Vancouver has made the cut in the slimmed-down HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series, rebranded as HSBC SVNS. The revamped competition, scheduled for Feb. 23-25, features eight events, each offering men's and women's play.
