Stampeders kick off CFL pre-season with win over Elks after multiple weather delays

Following two separate delays — one due to poor air quality and the other because of dangerous lightning strikes in the area — the Calgary Stampeders eventually emerged with a 29-24 win over the Edmonton Elks.
