FIFA president links biennial World Cup to averting African migrant deaths at sea

FIFA President Gianni Infantino said on Wednesday his plan to host World Cups every two years instead of four would make soccer more global and inclusive and offer more hope to Africans who risk their lives crossing the sea to Europe.
