Due to the uncertainty around when the border will reopen, the Quebec Capitales, based in Quebec City, Trois-Rivières Aigles and Ottawa Titans, part of the Frontier League, won't play this year. Instead, a team made up of Canadian players from the three teams’ rosters will play against the U.S.-based teams.
