8 months after Canadian Grand Prix cancelled, no explanation for stalled refunds

Last year's Formula One race in Montreal was postponed and then cancelled because of the pandemic. As the racing season gets underway this year, ticket holders are still waiting for refunds from last year. Some have gone to court to get their money back.
