Canadian athletes struggling to find competition as they try to qualify for Tokyo

With between half to two-thirds of Canadian athletes being based in Canada, travel restrictions and other protocols are making it difficult for Canadians to find further opportunity to qualify for the Tokyo Games, especially for Paralympians.
