Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault noncommittal about financial aid for CFL

Canadian Heritage Steven Guilbeault didn't say no directly Wednesday when asked if government assistance was forthcoming for the CFL, but stopped well short of guaranteeing the financial aid.
