Toronto fans will have to wait for receiver Duron Carter to make his Argonauts debut. The Argos signed the free-agent receiver on Sunday. But head coach Marc Trestman stated emphatically Monday that Carter won't play in the Argos' home-and-home Labour Day series with the arch-rival Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
