Canadian Patrick Jarvis wants to lead International Paralympic Committee

Patrick Jarvis was left off Canada's track team in 1988. The anger from that decision propelled him into a lifetime of Paralympic sport stewardship. Now, the 59-year-old from Morrin, Alta., is running for president of the International Paralympic Committee.
