British Open: Phil Mickelson projected to miss cut after rough 2nd round

Phil Mickelson finally made some birdies at the British Open. It won't keep him at Royal Birkdale this weekend, though. The 2013 champion shot a 7-over 77 in his second round and was 10 over for the tournament. He was way off the projected cut mark, which was currently at 4 over.
