The Czech Republic will have to do without star winger Jaromir Jagr at the World Cup of Hockey after the 44-year-old declined an offer to play. Russia added three NHL based defenceman to its World Cup roster and Finland named forward Patrik Laine among the seven players added to its roster for the tournament that opens Sept 17.
