Kenya's Kipchoge defends men's title at London Marathon

Eliud Kipchoge defended his London Marathon title by setting a course record on a chilly morning. The 31-year-old Kenyan completed the 42.2-kilometre (26.2-mile) route in front of Buckingham Palace in two hours 3 minutes 5 seconds.
