Wiggins to face Raptors in Oct. 14 pre-season game in Ottawa

The Toronto Raptors will kick off the NBA's Canada Series of pre-season games in Vancouver on Sunday against Blake Griffin and the Los Angeles Clippers. Toronto-born Andrew Wiggins and the Minnesota Timberwolves play the Raptors in Ottawa on Oct. 14.
