IOC urges Tokyo to speed up construction of 2020 Olympic Stadium

Japan's Olympic Minister Toshiaki Endo says the International Olympic Committee's preferred deadline may not be possible to meet. The Games are set to begin in August 2020, with the IOC wanting the stadium completed by January 2020 in order to run tests.
