Senators' Michalek breaks finger in loss to Islanders

$Islanders defenceman Thomas Hickey, right, collides with Senators left-winger Milan Michalek long the boards during the second period of Friday night's game in Ottawa. It was a double whammy for the Sens as Michalek left the game with a fractured finger on his right hand and Ottawa dropped a 5-2 decision to New York.$

Travis Hamonic and John Tavares had a goal and an assist each in the third period as the visiting New York Islanders defeated the Ottawa Senators 5-2 on Friday night.
